James Kennedy is a dynamic real estate professional with a passion for helping investors solve problems and uncover lucrative investment opportunities. With experience as a landlord and house flipper, James brings a wealth of practical knowledge to his clients. From managing capital and renovations to navigating tenant relations, property maintenance, and rental market dynamics, his hands-on expertise provides investors with the tools they need to succeed. James's commitment to excellence extends beyond his professional life. He earned an A.S. in Arts & Sciences from Rowan College at Gloucester County, a B.S. in Environmental Science & Policy from Wilmington University, and an M.S. in Biological Sciences & Physical Sciences from Touro College of Osteopathic Medicine.

His previous career at Merck in West Point, PA, sharpened his analytical and problem-solving skills, which now enhance his ability to tackle complex real estate challenges. A former NCAA Division II Cross-Country and Track & Field athlete, James thrives on discipline, determination, and achieving goals. Outside of real estate, he enjoys Philadelphia sports, hiking, running, and spending quality time with friends and family. An active member of several running clubs across the city, James finds inspiration and balance in the camaraderie and energy of Philadelphia's vibrant running community.
